Roti Tawar Bayam

Ingredients 1

  • 1000 gr Terigu protein tinggi
  • 150 gr Margarin
  • 120 gr Gula pasir
  • 5 gr Bread Improver
  • 50 gr Susu bubuk full cream
  • 15 gr Ragi instan
  • 200 gr Telur utuh
  • 250 gr Susu cair
  • 200 gr Bayam rebus
  • 15 gr Garam

Directions

  1. Blender bayam dan susu cair hingga halus, sisihkan.
  2. Campur terigu, gula pasir, bread improver, susu bubuk dan ragi instan. Lalu tambahkan telur dan bayam yang sudah diblender. Mixer hingga tercampur rata.
  3. Terakhir masukkan margarine dan garam, mixer hingga kalis.
  4. Potong dan timbang adonan roti sesuai ukuran loyang, diamkan sebentar sampai mengembang, kemudian panggang dalam oven bersuhu 180 derajat Celcius selama 30 menit, lalu angkat.
  5. Sajikan Roti Tawar Bayam yang telah diiris.
